Missions

The Islands Healthcare Complex – Macao Medical Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, the Medical Center has the missions as follows:

(1) Providing medical and health services in the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR);
(2) Implementing the health policies of the Macao SAR;
(3) Carrying out specialist medical education and trainings, as well as medical researches in accordance with the policies of the Macao SAR;
(4) Promoting the development of the medical system and medical and health services in the Macao SAR;
(5) Participating in the development of the big health industry to promote the moderately diversified economy of the Macao SAR;
(6) Developing into a national regional medical center in Macao.
